Visited New York City last Year (June 2013), for the second time. Managed to get to a few places missed on the previous occasion (eg the Empire State Building) and this image was taken at one of these –
The more observant of you may recognise the Flatiron Building hiding in the background here, near where 5th Avenue and Broadway cross in Manhattan. The scene is not set up or posed. The pedestrian just happened to be walking by with his dogs while I was there.
Am looking forward to returning to the Big Apple again; my first visit was March 1991. Don’t want to leave it so long until the next time, there are a few more photos I’d like to take.
